House Rules
Check-in/Check-out Times and Extensions
- Check-in time (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Please consult us if you plan to check in after 9:00 PM, as the surrounding area is residential.
- Check-out time (10:00 AM)
- You can extend your check-out time if you consult us in advance (2,000 yen per hour).
- Extension fees will be charged in 1-hour increments if you exceed 15 minutes.
- Extensions are limited to a maximum of 2 hours (until 12:00 PM).
- If you wish to extend, please contact us as early as possible.
- If you extend without permission, an additional fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged.
- Please note that extensions may be refused due to cleaning schedules.
When Checking Out
- Please gather all used towels in the bathroom.
- Be sure to turn off all lights and air conditioning when checking out.
- Please return all amenities to their original locations.
- Please lock all windows and the entrance door.
Noise
To be considerate of our neighbors, please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM.
- Please refrain from loud conversations or music.
- Please refrain from parties or events.
Floor Plan
Capacity and Guests
- Maximum occupancy: 8 people (excluding infants)
- Bedroom ① Semi-double bed × 2, Bedroom ② Semi-double bed × 2, Bedroom ③ Semi-double futon × 2
- Living room: Single futon × 2
- Bedroom ③ is an open raised tatami area adjacent to the living room.
- Guests other than those registered on the guest list are prohibited from staying or entering. If discovered, a charge of 50,000 yen per person will be applied.
Smoking and Drinking
- Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Please refrain from smoking, including in the garden and near the entrance.
- Please refrain from disruptive behavior such as excessive noise, vomiting, or damage to property due to excessive drinking.
- Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
Maintaining Cleanliness
- Please sort trash according to the rules.
- Please wash and return all used cooking utensils and dishes to their original places.
- Please gather all used towels in the bathroom.
- Please do not eat or drink outside of the kitchen and living room.
Bringing Pets
- A reservation is required.
- Up to 2 small dogs (under 8kg) are allowed.
- Only well-behaved dogs that are house-trained and do not bark excessively are permitted.
- If there is a possibility of marking, please ensure your dog wears a belly band indoors.
- Please always use a cage when your pet is sleeping or left alone.
- Please do not allow pets on bedding (futons/beds).
- When using the garden, please check for any gaps or open areas around it. We are not responsible if your pet escapes.
- Only dogs that have received flea/tick prevention and necessary vaccinations are allowed to stay.
- You will be responsible for actual costs in case of any trouble.
Natural Environment and Insects
As this facility is located in an environment surrounded by the sea and nature, insects such as mosquitoes, ants, small spiders, moths, and bees may enter the room depending on the season and weather.
- Please be careful not to leave doors and windows open (insects may enter through gaps even with screens).
- Insect repellent spray and insecticides are provided in the room for your free use.
- While we take all possible measures, please understand in advance that it is difficult to completely prevent insects due to the natural environment.
- If you are uncomfortable with insects, please understand this in advance before making a reservation.
Response to House Rule Violations
If you violate the house rules of this facility, we will take the following actions depending on the content:
- Verbal or message warning/caution
- Billing for additional cleaning or repair costs
- Request for immediate departure (no refund)
- In severe cases, reporting to the police and claiming damages
- A fine of 50,000 yen may be charged depending on the nature of the violation.
- Guests other than those registered on the guest list are prohibited from staying or entering. If discovered, a charge of 50,000 yen per person will be applied.
- If you do not agree to the house rules, we may refuse your stay.
- Depending on the nature of the violation, a penalty of 50,000 yen may be charged.
